
THE HEAVY COLLECTIVE PRESENTS HEAVY PRESS AN EXHIBITION OF PHOTOGRAPHIC WORKS AND SELF PUBLISHED ZINES.
Heavy Press is The Heavy Collective’s latest project, focusing on a simple yet personal form of media, the zine. Heavy Press features publications printing troubleshooting services and prints from thirteen Australian and International artists including Matt Martin (UK), Ryan Florig (USA) and Natalie Nikitovic (AUS).
With so much great photography only existing online, this unique exhibition brings a new generation of photographers off t
he web and onto the printed page. Opening night will take place at kind of — gallery on the 5th of December, with craft beer and cider courtesy of local brew house Young Henry’s and catered by Simon Said fine foods.
Heavy Press exhibition runs from the 5th – 12th of December at kind of — gallery located at 80 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst.
Zines will be available to purchase from ten dollars.

The Heavy Collective is a partnership between Jack Harries and Tommy Thoms. They showcase photographers though creative projects, exhibitions and online media.
